Sales-Reluctant

Sales reluctance is the inevitable outcome of feeling like you don't know enough to do a good job. It might mean you need to build your sales skills, or hone your offer, or even know that you're talking to the right person who will value your services.

Sales-Resistant

Sales resistance means you shy away from anything related to sales, from talking about money to feeling like you might manipulate someone into doing something they don't want to do.

Sales-Dysregulated

The most over-looked reason for not Maxing Your Ask is what I call sales dysregulation. Dysregulation means your internal systems are out of sync, usually as a result of previous history so it's an unconscious coping strategy; unfortunately, the reality of sales dysregulation is that it prevents you from taking action, even when it's what you want to do.

The Max Your Ask Program is surprisingly intimate because it’s not about sales – it’s all about you.

My role is to facilitate what I call ‘compassionate disruption’ to help you see what’s really holding you back from Maxing Your Ask. Whatever it is – from lack of sales skills to underlying beliefs to nervous system response, we will identify the real (and valid!) reason(s) you find it difficult to Max Your Ask. I already know it’s an old coping strategy that’s getting in the way – but we need to figure out what your internal state is protecting you from so you can have new freedom in Maximizing your client relationships and your business.

This work will explore your internal state to determine the root cause of why it’s challenging for you to Max the Ask. I cannot tell you what we will find… only that I guarantee you will have new insights and fresh confidence after our time together. We will consider every relevant angle for your situation and find ways to address it. That said, sometimes it’s as easy as finding ‘that one thing’ and then it all falls into place.
