Mission-centered leaders are likely to be the most prone to putting themselves last. Why? Because their work inspires them so completely that it can engulf their time and attention. It’s completely natural. And yet, that kind of devotion takes a toll.

If that describes you, then you likely want to keep the business going but need to shift to new lifestyle habits. You need tools and routines to help you do it. Nutrition coaches and personal trainers don’t understand the bigger picture of your calling. Financial professionals are looking at the bottom line in terms of revenue – not your personal wellness. And the people you lead can sometimes be hooked in their own experiences and forget to share the difference your leadership makes in their lives. Altogether, you can be tapped out, tapped dry, and turned down. But that can all change today.

This program is inspired by my cumulative life experience and skills in that I am a former personal trainer and athlete, a cancer care coach, an executive coach and trainer, an actor, a public speaking trainer and a business strategist. It all comes together when I see my clients struggling under the weight of their businesses because their personal needs are not being met. And yet, they are the only ones who can ensure they have what they need to operate at peak levels.

This program is designed to address multiple levels of Maximum performance - physical, business, and mind/body connection. Together we review, understand, envision, and set in motion positive habits that will, over time, transform your ability to be a leader in full presence.

  • What: Personalized Lifestyle Shift Map and Support for Micro-Transformations
    This program gets a comprehensive baseline for what ‘is’ today, as well as what you want, then creates a trifecta of actions so you can reach your goals easier and with more energy for sustainability over time. Our focus will be your personal wellness and lifestyle habits, your business strategy and marketing, and your natural strengths as well as mind / body / emotional connections to Maximize being well-rested, well-paid, and deeply appreciated.
  • How: A six-month program with:
    • 18 60-minute 1:1 calls (via Zoom, Skype or Phone)
    • Personal assessments, 
    • an in-person ‘Recess’ experience, 
    • Ongoing support via Voxer
    • Additional resources (determined based on the leader’s needs)
  • Investment Options:
    • 1 payment of $12,000 or
    • 6 payments of $2,000

Release

To begin at the beginning, it's important to understand where you are now. Why? Because it's hard to Maximize what is not measured. For this first month, we will use a variety of assessments and tools to get a current 'read' on your current (or lack of) habits, your current business strategy and marketing initiatives and their results, and your natural strengths.

Reimagine

The second month we focus on your vision, possibilities, and how to prioritize them. This will be about reimagining where you can be in a relatively short period of time as well as clearing the emotional, physical, and (non)strategic clutter. We will create your customized roadmap as a framework for making do-able micro-transformations that will last a lifetime.

Reset

While you have likely already started making changes based on what we've covered so far, month three is about implementing the roadmap. This takes consistency in mindset, physical action, and creating new habits. Predictably, the first few weeks will be exciting and fresh - so we will take advantage of the momentum you are creating here for new initial results.

Rebuild

Now that you have momentum and are doing this differently on multiple levels, this is where you will naturally become challenged. Meaning, you will find resistance, people pushing back, potential saboteurs, or even overwhelm from all the good 'stuff' happening. Your nervous system will have a response. And we will need to address this stage carefully... that's why we will meet in-person for a working Recess.

Re-evaluate

With so much progress happening, it's important that we capture results, look for gaps in action, and see where there is a need to course-correct. Re-evaluating can include individual elements in your roadmap as well as your overall target. Why? Because sometimes you see that you underestimated yourself in what you thought you could accomplish.

Renew

With so much accomplished through small, consistent micro-transformations, this month focuses on ensuring you have reserves in place to continue Maximizing your wellness, business strategy and marketing, and feeling of deep appreciation (from yourself and others). Our focus will be on your unconscious competence and renewing your commitment for sustainable lifestyle and business habits.
