Maximizing Positive Change

Having worked with mission-driven community leaders, thought leaders and conscious business professionals for years now, I have seen our industry change. I’ve also seen powerhouse transformations occur where there is alignment between the leader, their movement and their community. Alignment means having a clear vision that articulates the future, a sound business model, an adaptive go-to-community strategy and thinking ahead to address emerging trends and dynamic needs within your community. It means being transparent about your values, showing up with authority, and delivering on value so your community wins through your work. Essentially, transformed leadership influence capitalizes on personal alignment.

Knowing this, I’ve created a framework – a strategic roadmap and business process model – that supports leaders in engaging others and transforming the future through their inspired vision. I chose to work with Donnie after hearing him present his vision at a marketing retreat.  My immediate request to him was to offer a custom coaching and training to my mastermind of entrepreneurs who were struggling to communicate about their businesses. 

Donnie facilitated a virtual circle drawing each of the women out intuitively and provided clear instructions and actionable activities for them to develop their elevator pitches. In the process of their discussion, I noticed some clients who had been feeling less than confident about their value engage like I’ve never seen them do before. This was ultimately do to the excellent facilitation of Donnie, and his ability to pause and meet everyone exactly where they are.

My entire group requested Donnie come back again to repeat the same activity. This is a sign of positive impact. The trust they built with each other was also notable. 

Where most classes online can feel super high energy, hustle and achievement focused etc., Donnie activates momentum by going deep and wide in the conversations. It’s a remarkable thing to witness both as a master facilitator and co-creator. I highly recommend him for collaboration and coaching.
